Return Policy

  • Email us to arrange for any returns by using our contact form for your supplier: https://www.oemgenuineparts.com/contact-us
  • No returns on any non-stocking part under $12.00 as we cannot return them to Toyota.  If the part is under $12.00 and is a part we normally stock we may accept a return.  Please call.
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise previously agreed to by both parties.
  • A 25% return fee will be assessed for all returns not determined to be our responsibility.
  • Parts must be good resaleable condition and in the original packaging to receive credit.  Packaging must be undamaged and clean.
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • Most electrical parts are not returnable.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return requests need to be within 30 days of receipt.

Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.
