- Call us to arrange for any returns at 248-352-8580 EXT 5001 or you may email customer service at parts[at]oemgenuineparts.com.
- No returns on any non-stocking part under $12.00 as we cannot return them to Toyota. If the part is under $12.00 and is a part we normally stock we may accept a return. Please call.
- A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
- Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise previously agreed to by both parties.
- A 25% return fee will be assessed for all returns not determined to be our responsibility.
- Parts must be good resaleable condition and in the original packaging to receive credit. Packaging must be undamaged and clean.
- We cannot take back used parts.
- We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
- Most electrical parts are not returnable.
- We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above criteria.
- Return requests need to be within 30 days of receipt.
- An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
- If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.
